Facility is all average please don't go on 5star review some reviews are by the own deptt only... I don't know why this hospital is counted on top 5 hospital of delhi in terms of facility n management... My relative is admitted here.... Now it's been 6 month to corona virus but being a hospital they r very least to be in management charges are high but nothing is bang on target except d food.... U being a concern person can't connect to doctor properly no proper time management regarding reports and all.. I waited more then 45 min just to take a stamp from d doctor.. Surely I understand he might be busy in odr works... But den hospital should see d odr ways. And also no one sits or pick d call at admin reception.

Staffs are very careless. They have misplaced my patient's blood sample. They have no manners to treat the patient. I asked them that why this Infusion is going so slowly then without describing me they had increased the flow speed which made pain to my patient. Noone is ready to listen or discuss there.

I visited the hospital with my parents as they were having problems. Hospital is located near jamia milia islamia.nnHospital is being well maintain. Most of the patients families come here because they believe his family would given better facilities.nnThey are taking care of patients needs.nnThere are thousands who visit the hospital so, it becomes hard sometimes to manage everything.nnFamily members could easily find restaurant to have breakfast and lunch.nnEven I have found that most of the people first recommend either holy family or ESI in our locality.nIt's people first choice.nnCrowd is something which you would see everyday for every single thing because people of different often visit the hospital for general checkups.nThis thing is common in Delhi for every single because Delhi is overcrowded.nnThere is nothing bad standing in long queue as others too are waiting.nnWater facilities is available.nToilets are being clean on regularly basis.nEverything seems perfect it has been year now.nnTransport facilities:n• bus, metro, auto, cab and others transport vehicle facilities is available near to the hospital.
