Not satisfied with offer systems during purchase they don't mentioned anything about specific products only offer now when come to redeem they said only one one brand and for that product is not available. Now after 2 days offer expires.nnMy suggestion either go online or prefer other store.nnNot recommend to anyone.

I had visited store with my family....Poor attitude from staff....Rather than helping us out the staff started to say that your kid cannot touch anything here....Very rude behaviour, not expected from a firstcry store....A definite No No if you want to buy something for your kid....Rather I suggest store in Motera.....It's a worst experience to visit this store... Poorly trained staff...

One of The Best Store . Service form Staff is Excellent. Purchased Craddle they Deliver it to our home and Assembled it at our Home. Better Service than Purchasing Online.
