Don't trust their staff's input for the clothing size for 1 year old. And due to this pandemic situation it's hard to have multiple visit of the store for having trial for clothing for 1 year old or toddler and not desirable as it's too risky for the child as well. And also we are not sure about do they follow the proper sanitization of clothes and items of the store or not on regular basis. And in addition to this store follows strict policy of no exchange and no return for customer's safety (Which works for the store's benefit only as I doubt for the regular sanitization part of the store) and they also provide you in written/by stamp over the bill, so forget the option of exchange or return. So the bottom line is it's better to avoid doing shopping in this offline store whether you are sure or not about the size of the clothing or any other product be it footwear (which is again size related) and other products. Another big reason to not buy from this offline store is that most of the items are available at less price (which is obvious) from online application of firstcry. So if you know how to order online, you must not visit the offline store because this store even don't know the concept of offline store that how it needs to be handled with best customer service in person at the store with proper guidance and knowledge of the products.

Worst shop ever I visited. The staff is not at all bothered who enters in and what are they looking for, busy chatting within themselves.
