Today, it's one year since I underwent an ACL repair surgery on my left knee. I had a complete tear of the ligament, and was very confused before as to opt for a reconstructive surgery or no. But with the proper guidance from Amit Sir and Maharshi Sir, at Aditya orthopedic clinic, I underwent ACL reconstruction. And the postoperative journey has been amazing so far with the help of my physiotherapist Dr. Raj sir. Within 3 months, I was able to get back to routine exercises. And after 6 months of physiotherapy, i couldn't even realise I had the surgery done. His approach towards working on the surrounding bones and muscle group is really helpful. As I complete a year today, I would like to thank Raj Sir and the entire team. I didn't even realise when I started getting back to routine exercise and daily chores. Thank you to everyone at Aditya.
