It is understandable that the current situation limits the services however it is also disappointing to have certain ignorance in some aspects. Firstly, the housekeep- on asking, I only had my bed made and dustbin cleaned. The bath towel was simply rolled and kept back as I could make this out since the towel was wet when used later in the evening. The bathroom accessories were of an expiry date which has expired almost >6 months ago. Breakfast menu was anyways limited and on choice of fruits there wasn't any great availability despite staying there for 3 days. No compliant about the food quality though. I found it freshly made and good in taste. Thanks to Mr. Amar for providing a great service. Your staff was friendly enough which gave a good comfort level.

Beautiful Place to stay . Very friendly staff with Variety of delicious cooked food, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoyed our staying there twice. Last year. Beautiful decorations too. Definitely highly recommended this place to anyone to stay. Great hospitality. Just a beautiful place...nBut food!!... Worst... If i give rating on a scale of 5...nPaneer tikka - 0.5nLasagna- 0.5nMilano- 5nCheese butter masala- 0nParatha -2nButter roti - 0nN service - 1

Staff, and transactional smoothness excellent at all times.nRestaurant food adequate but limited. Rooms are large, well maintained and housekeeping staff is proactive and smiling. A coat of paint, and some pictures would go a long way in enhancing the room quality.
