The gym has enough amount of capital but they are careless about the machines. They must check the machines well before use. Sharing the personal experience, about the stairs machine, it was was not working well, as soon as I started it, it caught the highest speed which was not even it's own speed and I got hurt at knee. They must be careful about it. In fact , the manager blamed that I would have clicked any button.. I am not a kiddo that I don't know what to click. This is their mistake and they are blaming the member for it. Also the trainers are not available at afternoon time mostly. So look into it. By the way, trainers are good and calm.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR .... AND DOESNT KNOW WHEN TO COMMUNICATE THE MESSAGE ..... THE USE OF CERTAIN MACHINE HAD TO BE IN WAIT... WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO THOSE PASSIONATED ABOUT BODY BUILDING.
