Most trainers are physios so chances of injuries almost nullifies too. Great trainer.go for it .

This gym is very different from my past experiences. The staff especially the trainers are very much focused on helping us to shed weight. They motivate and push us everyday to achieve the set goal. The studio experience has been amazing as well. I hope they keep including new activities health related.

Gym members are very supportive and professional. The best thing which i iike the most is service as well as the environment that motivate you in terms of doing workout.so overall experience of Heath plus gym is great.
