Plus fitness Memnagar is one of the best gym in Ahmedabad. The trainer are best & supportive. Gym is equipped with all the fitness equipment it should have. Will recommend people to visit the gym & ask for a free day pass.

I’ve switched to this gym since a year and can say that probably this is one of the best gym in the nearby vicinity. Also most trainers are pretty well trained and knowledgeable.nnCons- Need to keep good music tracks! Punjabi tracks just ruin your mood! Dont play pubjabi songs!

Nice Gym, I joined this approximately 6 months ago and I must admit that from day one I have seen professional in every staff members. Post lockdown, I am coming regularly to gym without having any fear of exposure to COVID19 as the hygiene is maintained as promised.nnAdditionally, the gym has extended the membership of everyone due to the lockdown which is really a bold move in this tough period of COVID19 when ever businesses are struggling to sustain, I appreciate this effort.nnI came to know about this gym from my old friend, Tejas Vala, who is a fitness trainer over here. I know Tejas from long ago when he wasn't associated with plus fitness.
