Company without policy in real, rude behaviour owner. Salary cycle is 2 month and 15 days. When one left job even with notice period, he/she will loose 2 months salary. Even after leaving job from there they giving negative feedback for them who left there and spoil future of employee. No, work hours, leave policy, no bonus and also taking custody of employee's original documents which is illegal, taking 2 months salary as a security deposit before joining, it means anyhow one will loose 2 months salary. Always vacancies available there as employees oftenly left there due to these policies.
