Nice looking entrance and over all interiors. Good food with amazing variety of salads on a special salad counter. Dining area could have better decor.

This building was initially built for another purpose but was later converted into a Taj property. The lobby looks like it was designed 30 years back. Some will call it old world charm and some will call it dated.nnThis is nowhere close to the signature Taj properties in Delhi / Mumbai. However it still qualifies the TATA standard of being called a Taj property.nnYet a welcome addition for Ahmedabad - A city where even this hotel would be one of the best.nnPS: The staff is great like all Taj properties. You will feel the difference as soon as interact with the first person while entering the premise - The security guard who checks your car.
