I got a mail for interview from this company. but going through the reviews for this company thinking better not to even face interview. that would be waist of time.

The worst company to work with. Managers like the one I joined under firstly dont know how to train authorities joining under him. Managers like him act as if they own a company without even proper communication. Their focus in on revenue without employee requirement. As long as you work for 10 hours, you wont be questioned even though you dont do anything. If you are good at work and complete it within 4 hours, you wont be considered a good employee. Pathetic managers especially the one Ive mentioned above. Favouritism and Lack of support. Regional approach and the way they speak, it clearly replicates their upbringing.nP.S. Most pf the good reviews are from their own company employees. ud83eudd23

Don't wanna ruin my own name by associating with this company. May be it will be good as inhouse production but outside layers are too weak.nMy interview was scheduled with an interviewer for the data team as an data analyst.nInterviewer was unaware of what actually data analysis is.nHe was the manager of data analysis dept and was from accounting background.nSo this is how things take place.nNon IT person takes interview of the IT person.nDoes it make any sense?nAsking for feedback.. no feedback was provided.nWas it our fault or their fault?nnPlease be wise before interviewing any IT person.
