I was very disappointed and upset with my experience at the salon. Before visiting I had called the salon an asked about the prices for hair colour. And they said 3300 minimum which I understood. I even mentioned about the kind of hair colour I wanted. As I was getting my hair colour done according to my hair length they said the bill would be around 8,000 which also I thought was a lot when I was just getting half of my hair coloured, what you call “ombré”. And after everything is done I go out to the pay the bill I get handed a bill of 10,450. I was shocked and upset that I spent 10k on half of my hair not even global and I was misguided about the price. It would have been better if you would have been more accurate about the prices. You tell the clients and then at the end you give us a bigger bill is very disappointing and misguided. So I will definitely not be visiting this salon again. I would have got much better hair colour done at even a better price. And I don’t mind paying whatever amount if the result and the experience is good. I was misguided about the price and the hair colour wasn’t even that great.nI advice you to be more accurate about the prices rather than giving minimum amount. Because later it just spoils the entire experience and there I have a very bad review for your salon.

I visited this salon about 2 weeks ago to get smoothening for my hair done. I was excited at first but the final result is more than disappointing. It's worse. In the beginning, I was told that they'd charge me 15,000/- , which is acceptable for my hair length. While the treatment progressed, for about 4 hours, they dramatically increased the price from 15,000 to 21,000. But even after the increase in price, we were expecting GOOD result, which was not the case. After 3 days, when I went for the final wash, the result was exactly as I was expecting, but it didn't last long. 2 days after the wash, I washed my hair at home with the products they gave and with the exact method they told me. BUT HALF OF MY HAIR CURLED (left side straight and right side curled)nSo we went to the salon again to find a solution for the problem they created, but guess what, they did not behave properly, they literally do not have any client etiquettes. I consulted with many of my well wishers who know a lot about hair and they all adviced me not to hold the procedure again, so I asked for refund from them, but they said that they won't refund it but insted do the procedure again, which definitely will harm my hair quality. I think being flexible is a trait that this salon lacks.nFor everyone out there, who is excited to get hair done as they wish, beware of price increasing, rude owner and people who are not responsible for their mistakes.

I had to cancel my wedding due to Covid and they refused to give refund. I was only coming to India for the wedding so there is no point for me to take the credit either. They did not understand this fact and made no changes to their refund policy inspite of Covid situation.

I've been to the salon twice. First time was my wedding day. Ami and Nupur got me a beautiful look for my special day. Can't thank them enough now! The second time I went there for a hair cut and hair spa. According to a prevalent offer, the hair spa was complimentary with the hair cut. Although the hair cut did turn out great, however, the hair spa which was complimentary was not very well executed. I've obviously gotten hair spa done on my hair several times earlier as well. The quantity of product used was lesser than usual and also the time allocated to the hair spa was not sufficient as would have been in a regular hair spa. Otherwise, I do love the bridal looks they create!
