Company charges lot of extra money. For example they charge Rs.60/- towards Convenience charges and Rs.39/- towards Safety and Support fee. Even for smaller jobs, a customer has to pay Rs.100 additional which is over and above the service charge. Additionally they also deduct 25% charges from the service charge and then pay to the technician. So taking away commission from both sides which is not right. At the end it is the customer who ends up paying more.

Not a time value ,only accepted booking and not a service timely no customer support customer care number no any service man number displayed . Give me good service on public

I have booked the service of my ac regarding not cooling problem three days before . they send technician first'day mr sharvan Kumar with his assistant.i told the problem that display screen shows the error code e5 and cooling issue his assistant open the ac check and say that the PCB is not working so he took away PCB and say tomorrow at 4pmnWill back with pcb part repair. But it was not possible for him so I contact him,he said the repairer is not repair so next day he comes.and fitted PCB but ac is not working.nNow he told that there is a blower motor problem and he took away both ie PCB and motor and 3 day he told me that motor not working but PCB is ok. He says electrician wrongly tell him that there is a problem in PCB Both ie ac technician and electrician are not professional. They have no knowledge of air conditioner parts.nDuring this ism trying to contact company representative and customer care number through their help desk at least six to seven times but I am surprised that they have not customer care number and not email address how govt of India approved this company to do business in india without tall free and customer care number. For this we approach to govt of India for insisting to provide customers care center phone number of every state in india. And same for tall free number.nIn short company is not co-operate to their customers customer hence government of India banned to such companies who don't care their customers.

Bogus service when I request to cut hair in my compound area he denied so he is not professional so company has to hire worker like to complete customer's need and not argue with customer because I already took hair cut service three times so I think this fourth one is one and half person. And I would give him 0 rating because he said I have too many clients but it does not matter if you will not work good with customer.

I have taken UC Saloon membership last year and was a happy customer,so renewed this year too.. I had booked a facial yesterday which was O3 youthful facial time duration was 80 minutes service and the untrained professional started the service at 3:10 and finished it by 4, she wind up everything and left.. she used some other products..6steps facial she finished in four steps.now when I raised the issue UC is saying the professional is saying you were happy with the service..and we don't give refunds for false services given..so we trust UC and they just say sorry to us about untrained service..no value for money...we keep taking service they give us worst and say sorry.. they don't value our occasion and money..
