I made an order at 7:16pm. And I called thenoutlet, he told me the order would reach in half an hour. I co-operated and waited. The order didn't reach. I then called him after 35 mins and had conversation till 8:21pm (Time since order 1 hour 5 mins) I told him to cancel my order but he didn't listen to me, he kept on saying and ASKED me to wait a bit more.nnPizza arrived at my house at 8:30pm.(76 mins after the order time) I didn't accept it. The rider took the pizza back and taunted me that you won't get refund.nnIT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY, IT IS ABOUT KEEPING YOUR WORDS. My family had a good mood of eating pizza but you guys ruined it. I will make sure that I never ever order from any outlet of La Pinoz in future and I will also see that everyone that I know and live with i.e. my Society, family & friends gets the message about the fraud that you made with my family. I will personally ask them to not order from your outlets and go for much better alternatives like Domino's Pizza.

It's amazing place to have pizza here. All the variety is good. There is offer on Wednesday and Friday. So, it's better to go on these days.

Very Bad delivery service i had ordered pizza on 6.45pm but they didn't delivered yet (9.00pm)... I don't recommend la pinoz in mehsana very poor
