I have severe pain in my neck after Covid prone positioning. It was so severe that I can not lift my head from pillow after sleeping and even difficulty in sleeping after sitting position. SO I consulted orthopedic doctor. He suggested me for medication and physio. SO I consulted Dr. Chandni Shah for Physiotherapy.I have taken 7 sessions and Now I have very little pain and I can do all my activity easily.Thank you.
