Good equipment but not much for cardio..... Best gym in cheap fees... They provide workout schedule, diet plan & MWF steam bath....

Gym Interior & Staff is good but they didn't provides mobile App as they promised. Trainers doesn't have much high knowledge so they can't answer of my many question also they don't have impressive body. One main problem is they asked to me for use treadmill for max 20min only and that's why i leave at middle of subscription.nnAll trainers have different different mindset. You will get different different exercise plan when you ask anything from this gym.

I have personally visited this place and I found it should have first rank amongst all the fitness centers in city. It have latest equipments with neat and clean gym floor. There's also a steam bath facilities. Trainers are also well experienced
