Good place to visit with friends and family

White Rann is a good place to visit. Wonderful experience of walking on salt during the sunrise and sunset. A must visit natural phenomenon, a massive mass of land that is salt marsh desert open for tourism oct to March. The white desert is the most beautiful place to experience sunset, picturesque as a wonder. Very nice place. Miles after miles no habitation and covered with white salt. The Great Rann of Kutch is an amazing sight. It was White. Miles and miles of complete White spread of crystallized salt, meeting the sky at a view, unimaginably beautiful, vast, serene, pure and calm. The view was such an art of Nature, it’s just etched forever in our memories. This was nothing you would see ANYWHERE else. Sun was shining brighter as if to say, Hey Guys, Welcome to the Land where Love is White! Visited this place in December 2018 with family and young children during the Rann Utsav. Though it is totally recommended to visit during a full moon night, it was not possible for us to coincide the time with holidays :( so that is going to be in my to-do list for a long time now.. hopefully someday! But even otherwise, I'd recommend this place as it is simply beautiful with the white salty stretches going on and on as far as you can walk, as far as you can see. We waited for the sun to set, day on the white salty floor and enjoyed the view as a family. It was beautiful. Decorated camels, ubiquitous stalls selling wares, people all around gave it a very festive, happy appearance :-)
