We really had a nice time in Kashmir. All the arrangements throughout the trip was wonderful. Shahista from the travel agency was very helpful and especially when we raised concern on heating in one of the hotels in Srinagar, she had arranged it for us so quickly and also when our flight got rescheduled after 2 days, they helped us to book another room for another 2 days stay.nDriver Mr. Shahine is one of the best in this trip. His driving is so good. Throughout the way he was giving us all the information on each and every places. Overall it was a very nice and memorable trip for usud83dude0a

Their service was the worst one I've ever experienced by far. Company staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. Totally unruly behaviour. I went with family and they have no consideration for flexibility as such. They're abusive with zero etiquette in managing the customers. They even went to an extent of blackmailing us with the booking amount. Rooms arranged were of worst quality. They'd promised something and it was totally something else when we landed at locations. It was a mess in the middle of a messy location. Guys don't book through this agency at all. Totally, my much awaited trip to kashmir was screwed up because of these bunch of hooligans!

One of the best tour operator I have come across. Very genuine and have provided us with best of the hotels at a very reasonable price. My experience starting from contacting Kashmir Holoday Travels, taking their alloted cab and coming across all the hotels they have booked for us has been amazing. They are the true holder of Kashmiri Mehman nawazi. I will strongly recommend Kashmir Holoday Travels for your all kashmir tour. The way young bombay planned our tour was so perfect and didn't have us rush or feel fatigue after every day. They made sure that our travel plan does includes ample rest so that we can enjoy and make out the most from our tour. The cab person was truly a gem of a person, he didn't let us miss any of the beauty of kashmir and made sure that we visit the most of the kashmir. True pioneers of kashmiri mehman nawazi.. Thank you Young bombay Mr Aijaz Sultan, Shahista, Uqba for planning our tour at its best Cab Provider Mr Burhan for making sure that we visit every place and take the memories of kashmir in abundance with us.
