This is the only big private hospital in konni, hence people are forced to go there. The premises is good but OPD patient care is pathetic. Patients have to visit the billing counter multiple times for payment of medicine, doctor consultation fee as well as for clinical test. It's very difficult for elderly people and there is support from hospital staff.nnHospital retains your file so you are forced to visit them again.nnThis hospital is not able to retain good Doctors for long period of time. It becomes a concern for patients as they have to get acquainted with new doctor and it takes time.nnThey even advice people to conduct clinical tests at hospital itself, outside reports are not entertained.nnWorst is the positioning of the PRO of the hospital, he has a very tiny space similar to help desk near the entrance. Hospital management pls show some respect to the position of PRO.

I got a very bad experience form the casuality nurse. I asked to show the case sheet for seeing medicine she had behaved very badly to us.nI had come to show my father. I and my father asked what medicine had given to us .. it's right of patients to know what was given to us.nnManagement kindly take attention...in this part.nI will never advice any one to go there ever again.nKindly..
