They have done the styling well also reasonable but permanent blow dry is not meant for hair with low volume...

It was so satisfying. I have chemically treated my hair twice and it was so so amazing. They styled my hair just the way i wanted. Very professional and friendly at the same time. It's worth the money that we are paying. So so amazing experience. They helped me bring out my best look. ❤❤❤

I went there for a routine protein treatment after permanent smoothening. I was approached by a male staff and when I told him it's for a routine protein treatment he told he don't know how to do it and send me to another staff . She did spa on my hair and I can say she had little or no knowledge about what she was doing. During shampooing she got water to my ears and dress and later went to search for tissue to help me with that. In the end she dried the hair with heat blower and didn't even bother to tell me it's done. I can see my hair was still messed up so I called her again and asked to set it, for that she said they don't do setting for spa. I had to insist for her to do it.. totally I was so disappointed with the service and I hoped if they had given better training for their staffs!!

Service was average. Such an overrated place, never gonna suggest to anybody. I heard many positive reviews about this place but I felt disappointed. Staff who done my hair smoothening was inexperienced. He pulled my hair very strongly and it really hurts.
