No outlet at this location. Worst service, very upset with the customer care also. No response at all. Please avoid this.

Had ordered flowers and cake to be delivered to an address in mangalore. When we called the number for location verification no answer. I called from dubai and the IVR is so annoying. Very poor customer service. People are so clueless on a simple method of delivery. It was waste of 30mins on the IVR and talking to 2 of the customer service agents who asked me to be on hold and then after 5mins call gets disconnected. I am surprised something as simple as a delivery is not been able to be delivered. Very disappointed with the service.
