In this store A girl name is Sawita is very rude talking with the customers and also provide wrong information about the services.nMy father simcard is demaged so I talk with customer support team at 198 and they told to go idea store it was free of cost sim replacement but when i reached to idea store i.e. Vikas MarketingtG-7, Baheti Tower, Jawahar Marg, Khargone, The lady Sawita is talking very rude and said idea customer 198 gives you wrong information.nThey took 105rs charges for sim replacement after demage. And I have no option so i pay her 105rs.nDear Idea service provider and teams i requested to please do some action for this kind of wrong rudely talk with customer.nShe said to me that idea services at 198 provide wrong information. Please do something.nnYe log aise hi aam admi ko lutenge
