Hotel The Grand Palace

First things first the staff behaviour was very friendly, they assisted us immediately whenever we called them..nThe service was very fast and staff followed COVID protocol nicely..nNow coming to the room..nThe room was very well maintained and cleaned and also the amenities offered within the room were very comforting...nFinally, the food we ordered was very delicious say breakfast, lunch, dinner.. although a very less offering in the menu due to COVID but still whatever was available was very tasty..nI had amazing experience here.. will surely recommend this hotel.. ud83dude09ud83eudd18ud83cudffb

A neat property situated on the Sagar-Bhopal road. They have ample parking in front of the hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodative. The rooms are very spacious and are value for money. They have hot water available 24x7 through a centralised water heating system. Food is available through room service and also in restaurant on first floor. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. They even provided early morning breakfast at 5.30am. This hotel is good for parties and marriage occasions. Reaching the hotel through the city can be a pain due to horrible roads in Sagar city and byepass. Staff need to wear masks and the door alarms (when opened) are little annoying.
