Earlier one had to depend on the private busses boarding from private bus stand (and those used to carry passengers all tge way from local stations inviting an unprecedented crowd.)nCharted busses are free from such stuff. They run faster and are on time.nOne can book them through online apps, redbus, or may visit their office besides Chaitnya Hospital.

A smooth travel but very slow transport for a volvo. initially Indore Bhopal was just 2:30 mins journey but now they take 4 hours.nnI always like chartered bus but now they lost their fast service and switched to slow drive. I think passanger don't want to travel fast

Super easy booking and fast service. Waiting area and Toilets needs badly to be more comfortable and clean. Otherwise everything is good.
