Till mid of January 2021 it was free for all but since then they have started asking to pay some charge to use HVPM ground even for walking. If you don't have pass you are not allowed to enter the HVPM premises. It is something wierd to ask for pass even for walking. Rest all is good.

Huge sports ground. All types of outdoor indoor sports can be played here there is college and school also in campus and ATM, and hall for programs. People also come for morning walks.
