Bad service from unprofessional staff. The lady made my wife wait for 15 minutes and finally told her that she shouldn't cut her hair as it looks nice the way it is. She was also cribbing about having to work on holidays. If they don't want to work on holidays, please keep the salon closed so that customers won't bother you.
