it was a good relaxing stay. the staff in the resturant cannot do enough for you. excellent service. excellent food. the manager raj in the resturant likes to be called PA PA! . if you need any thing from the room staff just ask they are all very nice people

Very okissh stay . I booked the Beach hut Garden view for 3 nights however I was given concrete room on first night . They told me , it will be upgraded from tomorrow . On next day , the owner's wife told you have to pay extra for upgrade . On further discussion , Joseph who is owner finally agreed for the same. I asked him for ,5-10 minutes to check the new room's bathroom before I finally shift . However,while I was checking the new room . He gave our current room to new customers. This is highly unprofessional. Finally I got another concrete based room only . Cons : No custome service . Only coffee and Toast in breakfast . Owner behaviour is unpredictable. Pros , Near to beach . I could see you get other better rooms on palolem beach at rs 1000 per night . Pls avoid it if you can .

One of the worst stays in Goa. I have stayed at 6-7 different beach huts in the last 1.5 years but never came across something as disappointing as this! Except the easy access to beach, one can easily say it has nothing for the price they charge - be it room size, bed, fan (which hardly ever runs), mattress comfortability, hospitality, cleanliness, or food. Absolutely nothing! It's a very basic shack that one can rent in Goa for less than Rs. 1000 but this one for three times the price.. Total disappointment. Even worse is that the mosquito net was also broken and no water supply to the cottage for 3 hours from checking in! Avoid at any cost Cons: Hopeless customer service, intact doesn't even understand the concept of customer service! Breakfast never served (though charged and claimed as FREE) One has to f/u 100 times to get water or any other services fixed Owner doesn't care for customers All in all, one of the most hopeless stays in Goa
