Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Lamka

It is one among the most reputed Higher Secondary School in Churachandpur. It has till 12th standard.nThe physical settings of the institution is perfect. It has enough space for playgrounds and parks. Right now, the school has 2 Basketball court, One football ground and well developed auditorium. Some class room are covered with CCTV cameras. As it is run by the Catholic church association, you can expect for further upgradation of the school to college.nBut unfortunately, I find many cons about the school too. The administration is not up to the mark. It seems the principal do not gave much responsibilities to the staffs in the administration affairs like discipline. The circulation of information is also really bad.nThough it secure itself in the first position among the higher secondary school in Lamka for the previous 2-3 years, now it is different. The faculties in the highschool section are okay. But the teachers in Cl- xi and XII science is really disappointing. The students could not have a stable teacher. What is more, the teaching of some teachers are horrible. They couldn't work together with the class. But some departments are quite okay.nThat doesn't means that there will always be a problem in the faculty. Let's hope the School authorities solve out the problem.
