Although the staffs are quite nice and gentle with the animals. There is no proper diagnosis & treatment for emergency & rare cases. Considering Shillong city, which most of its parts fall under the jurisdiction of the Urban Development Authority, the clinic/hospital should be able to deal with almost every kind of threat/illness/seizures in animals. Conduct tests, give out reports and diagnosis asap! And treat the same with proper methods. I hope someone in charge sees this soon, realizes the incapability and deficiencies of the clinic/hospital. Please take action and do what needs to be done & upgrade the facilities. We are all depending on you, the lives of our domestic animals matter. If you don't love or have pets/animals, I don't expect you to get it. But please try to understand & do something!

The Doctors are very kind towards the pets.nHuge Parking space & no charge for parking.nThe treatment & medicines are free of cost unless they aren't available.nYou need to visit earlytso as you get called earlier, otherwise it takes a ling time to wait fir your turn, plus they have will attend to only 30 pets, so once the numbers are over, you have to come back next day.nThe building however needs to be revamped entirely but u highly doubt that will happen any time soon.. but if it siew, proper maintenance should be there..

the staffs are very nice and generous ......a blessing for animals
