Very helpful staff, Kind and cooperative in nature. They keep tourist as their first priority. They don't pick up the calls because they usually busy with insite tourist at the information spot. Better reach to their office and you will get everything done. Its little rush by the tourist but the staffs handle them with humble. So, don't get angry on them.
