Costly for the amenities provided. Could've got a very good room in the same price in any other city. But all the places in Shillong are costly and not worth that high room tariffs. The hotel Saffire was comparatively okay to stay in that budget. Spent 1 night in INR 3500+ taxes including breakfast. A bit unhygienic beddings were a complete turn off. Bed sheet were visibly dirty. The property was a bit old too. Had the mosquitoes in the room. Needed to use mosquito repellent. Also, the bathroom didn't have a exhaust fan because of which we needed to keep a window open for air circulation. But opening the window again let the mosquitoes in. Wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a clean place and don't have budget.

Hotel is good. Location is perfect. Room interiors r fair enough. Food was absolutely fantastic. But room service was horrible. Really needs attention on that part.Great staffs! Delicious foods! I really loved their service. Its bit expensive. 3k for 1 night. But better than other hotels around.It's located in central part of city.Everything was excellent...... Rooms r fantastic, toilets r very clean.... Only one thing can be improved, that is the breakfast..... Would definitely recommend to stay there..... It's a great hotel at a low cost.... The staff is also quite friendly....Awesome rooms..!! Nd food were really taste nd very helpful staff.. I still miss one staff member ☹ufe0f he almost look like Korean .. forgot his name ud83dude22Had been to this hotel for 2 nights on 12 & 13 Mar 2019. The staffs are very cordial, caring and courteous. Food are of very good in tastes and quantities. Rooms are a little less spacious but good arrangement. Overall very good one and would love to stay there in future trips.Hotel and restaurant both are good.nBut the reception stuff is very bad and aggressive.nThe authority must give attention to this sector.

Everything was excellent...... Rooms r fantastic, toilets r very clean.... Only one thing can be improved, that is the breakfast..... Would definitely recommend to stay there..... It's a great hotel at a low cost.... The staff is also quite friendly....
