This church is beautiful and huge. The church is well maintained, best time to visit is early morning. It has amazing view. Very peaceful and calm place. Must visit!

The Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians, the Seat of the Catholic Archbishop of Shillong. The Church structure is very beautiful and imposing. Though it is a place of worship, tourists to Shillong make it a point to visit and admire the Cathedral. Besides the Church with its exquisite internal furnishings, the beautifully maintained surroundings also inspire peace and blessings-filled time for a visitor.

It's one of the most beautiful churches in the country! Stained glasses... Wall paintings you name it. If you are looking for a silent and a calm place to sit pray and connect with yourself.. This is it. One if the few gems that Shillong has to offer

Church is having really big area. In the time of prayer they used to open the main doors to Jesus. Really good place to see and peaceful area.
