Cafe Sola is a warm and cozy place , the ambience and the decor was really impressive. We ordered the Beef steak which was pretty amazing, I wasn't aware Shillong had really good quality meat, but kudos to the chef for knowing exactly what he was doing. The Burger was lovely as well, the pasta was nice and aldente, the fries were pretty good, crispy and spicy, enjoyed the home made wine as well, complimented the steak perfectly. Peaceful atmosphere as well as beautiful interiors, the implementation of the menu being digital helps out during this pandemic and is a nice touch, the food was quite delicious and flavourful even the hot chocolate was just right no overly sweet chocolate taste at all and the service was quite good as well.
