A Government office in which registration of Birth and Death are done.

Infrastructure is very old and out of maintenance but it does not matter since they have the best workers in Shillong. All office workers must go to SMB for service training. Polite, friendly and helpful staff made me finish days of work within one hour. The same process would have taken me a long time elsewhere. Just ask for directions from any of the employees. and you will end up having a friendly chat. The only thing they need is improvement of working conditions and facilities. Made my day.
