I don't think anyone should choose this agency for sight seeing in goa. You won't be able to enjoy any of your time in Goa. They just snatches our precious time from us. They won't give us enough time to enjoy a place. The guides were not very good and they were not able to provide us with enough information.

Very poor service, fake promises, we were supposed to leave Goa by 9pm and reach Mumbai by 10am the next morning.. 9pm to 12midnight the bus was roaming around in Goa only, and lightening struck when at 4am in the morning we were told that the bus will reach Mumbai at around 3pm instead of 10am and if you want to catch your flight at 1pm, you may take a taxi and manage on your own as the bus is going to go in and around Pune for local passengers. This all happened after we were promised at the time of booking that the bus is direct without any haults. Moreover there is nobody to address your calls at customer care AVOID AVOID AVOID

Worst transport service ever. Don't book any tickets. Even Customer care services are worst nobody will reply or help you. Tried to contact them several times.

AVOID! Zero stars. Worst bus trip I've had in all of India. Staff treated us like cattle. Refused to stop for toilet break for women. Yelled at us to get back when attempting to get off bus so my wife could pee while they tried to fix something wrong with the engine.

The worst experience ever.never book the travels ever. They have an option for drop at margao online. They take ticket till margao and drop you to panji and arrogantly refuse to take you to margao. They do not halt for a washroom break even when requested during long travels.drivers language towards women is abusive and do not care for passengers comfort or basic requests for AC or light off.
