Worst Travel agency ever. i book a full tour for my husband and myself and finally had to cancel my trip because my husband was hospitalized. Holiday India never returned me the 600€ I paid in advance. I kept calling them for 2 years , yes 2 YEARS and each time they said they were going to refund me as mentioned in our contract but they never did. So these people are swindlers . Be Careful! Never deal with them. They pester you until you pay. Never never deal with them.

I returned home after a long vacation. Thanks Holiday India for all arrangement. Awesome service. I recommend this. Thanks again

COMPLAINT............... against your pathetic company, complaint against your unreliable staff. I booked a tour for 11 of us to Kashmir through Sunny Madan, upon reaching Kashmir we came to know that our itinerary has been changed without asking us or without informing us, upon asking Sunny he said he changed it on his own and if he had informed me earlier also than also I would not have been left with any choice, our bookings were of 4 star hotel and because of all the problems created by Sunny we were provided 2 and 3 star hotel and we had to check out our hotels everyday morning. Despite of calls to Sunny he could not give us the satisfactory results and than on last 2-3 days he stopped answering our phone calls, is this the service you provide to your clients and do you think I will recommend any one else your company. I am surprised how come you are certified with India Ministry of Tourism, PATA and ASTA, did you get all this cheating them ( like your company did with us) I shall not hesitate writing to them and also to the consumer court. I have traveled most of the world and through many tour operators but trust me I have never come across with such sick tour operator, and I just saw some feedback from your clients on your site, please tell me are these your real clients or just your family members who has posted this. Very bad experience with your company, I feel cheated and I feel I should be reimbursed our entire amount because we were treated very badly and we were provided with 2-3 star hotels. At last I want to stay stop fooling people and please hire professional staff not like Sunny Madan, who just takes the the clients for granted Rajesh Ramchandani
