I am gravely concerned about doctor's professionalism and services. Doctor's knowledge is limited and outdated . They should know that they are dealing with life and patients rely on them , one single mistake take someone's life. Doctor staff including the most senior doctor's attitude and approach is so careless, non professional and lack basic work ethical code . Doctors work according to their own timing and neglect patients concern. No particular doctor available on emergency call. There is no proper maternity services , NICU and PICU facility.Hospital services should more concern about quality of services they provide rather than follow market business and work only for money. ADVICE: 1- Doctor should upgrade their knowledge with current health epidemiology. 2- Doctors need to be trained well 3- Need Pediatric department, proper maternity services , NICU and PICU facility in hospital

Here no particular Dr. Available for emergencies on call they arrange for different types no conditionally rooms avl icu.too short nil canteen service for patient poor quality foods served for patients no milk healthy food avl.i personally admitted 6 days passed so this came out and feelings .overcharged room rent whatsoever mentioned on the board.

Surya hospital is a place on which you can trust blindly for doctors. My patient had been admitted under Dr Gyan Roy for treatment. Dr Roy is very friendly. Staff was very supportive.I would like to recommend Surya hospital for its services and atmosphere.
