Pathetic customer service. Too much waiting time. You have to wait for at least 20 mins to get any medicine from Goel medicos. Due to their slow service, you will always see people waiting outside for medicines.

I had very bad experience there as follows: - 1. Out of 8 medicines , only 6 medicines were available. 2. They didn't give any discount over the bill worth Rs. 2500.00. 3. When I opened the packet of medicine at home , one medicine was missing. I informed them on phone but they didn't accept their mistake. I would suggest all not to visit this store for purchase of medicines.

What is one of the best place to purchase medicine if you are not finding any medicine in North East Delhi then Goel Medicos is a right place where you can get easily. Here on Goel Medicos you will find all types of medical accessories available whether it is for the purpose of medical or non medical I mean to say surgical items. Worst part of this Medical Store is that they do not provide any discount on medicine and other parts whereas normally you get at least 10 percent discount in all the Medicine Shop. Thank you very much Google to provide us such a nice platform for free to share our experience for others.
