they didn't deliver my parcel and marked it as delivered and when I reached their office they were not able to find my parcel. Also there is no responsible person at the office, they don't respond properly also. This is the worst blue dart franchise I have ever seen. Other courier agencies in barmer are better than this.

They dont have contact.. incorrect Contact no one would response , unprofessional..no delivery on time.

One of the worst courier partner in Barmer.Irresponsible staff.My order reached in their hub.But they delayed delivery by more than 7 days.I demanded to return my order to back to Seller and demanded seller to resend my parcel through another courier partner.Blue Dart gave lame excuses stating that Chohatan Chauraya is having restrictions due to Covid-19.I think Blue Dart is not living on this planet.There is no restriction at all.Never choose Blue Dart!
