We had visited this cafe in evening... the evening and night view from the place is just amazing.nnWhile food quality and taste is really nice and can be compared with other restaurants, however the great nature of the owner / host family is what makes our visit to this cafe memorable.nnI generally don’t review things on trip advisor but came just to review this cafe.nnMr. Happy and his daughter Swara were fun and lovely people to sit and chat with. They have prepared us delicious food and also made our time memorable... Dancing and enjoying with Swara is what my wife is going to remember for long.nnLove Swara and Sawai Singh and best luck to Mr. happy

Mr Happy is a true gentleman. This family owned restaurant will serve you homemade food of great quality and will provide top recommendations to perfect your stay in Jaisalmer. The view is unbeatable and prices reasonable. Highly recommended.

this is a great little unpretentious restaurant. good lassi, great lemon and honey pancakes. very clean. fantastic view of the lake and the beginng of the desert. Mr Happy is a welcoming and cheerful guy. he does all the cooking himself.

We are writing this sat looking over the most incredible view! With such friendly people, the service was so quick and we were recommended the Lemon, Honey and Ginger tea which was brilliant in such hot weather. I am not a fan of ginger so they left it out for me. It comes with a tea bag which you dip in depending on strength (another brilliant tip from Mr Happy). We didn't get to try the food but for a chilled drink in the day we cannot recommend enough!
