Wild Heritage Desert Camp Jaisalmer

Very unprofessional.nHad booked a tent 1 month in advance. Had repeatedly followed up on the booking and I was assured the booking is in place.nWhen we reached Jaisalmer we were escorted to a different dessert stay with very poor service. It was not the swiss tent booked. We had to stay in some poor arrangements.nnThe stay has no GST nor a company accountnVery poor

They are cheating with People. I have booked wild heritage desert camp on the phone and paid in advance for the tent. They have sent the details and they told they will charge 1500 INR for pick and drop facility.nnWhen I came there they have increased the price to 2500 INR when I went to their office. In the office I have discussed with Mr. Hanif he is a very unprofessional and rude person. then I stopped talking to him and directly call to Mr Unaad Khan. He was agree on the price of 1500 INR as discussed. he told that there will no cultural programs in the tent due to Desert festival and car will drop and pick us from desert festival location. Also they have promised the car will bring us to the location where we will do camel safari.nnAfter when they dropped use at Welcome Heritage Desert. I was surprised either they are agent or they are running same tent with different names.nnWhen I asked tent reception for the culture programs they told they will have this in the tent. I am not sure why Mr Unaad told lie about this.nnAfter this I have asked tent reception to provide camel riding they asked us to talk with Mr Unaad. I have called to Mr Unaad he told me to talk with Reception.nnOverall this was the very worst experience by booking Wild heritage desert. Because Mr Unaad doesn't stay on their commitment. So I would like to suggest you to not book this tent.nnBut as they have dropped us Welcome desert. Our experience was not very bad overall this is okay. Although you cannot expect good services. but it is okay to stay for 1-2 days. But please keep in mind you will not get everything like they have mentioned in their detail like Welcome drink, dinner menu, wifi etc.

You can stay here if you are interested to see sunset and sunrise near a lake. This is only ok ok place no such special things to say but location is good as it is in centre of city. Hotel is old quite.

Best hotel and camp jaisalmer. Very clean and comfortable in desert. Good experience Rajasthani cultural program and jeep safari, camel safari it was great..

Worst experience... Charges were extra as per the activities told to be provided to us.. Refund krne m bhi drame kie... Or bd m dia bhi nhi..
