Poor bus service. So unclean. Very worst design. Most uncomfortable sleepers seat arrangements. You have your head towards the driver's seat which will make you feel puke. No service at all. The blankets were so dirty. The bedspread is full of sand and dust. They (forget about changing) don't even dust it. My 8 year old son particularly wanted me to give a review. He asked me to give a 1 star! And asked me to mention specifically that I am giving one star as there is no option to give 0 star! I would never opt for KPN

Location is actually underground. 5-6 chairs for sitting, but well lit and ventilated. The place is just behind the main bus stand. No restroom facility.

It's always worst 80 to 90 % vehicles will break down daily. No proper response. While breakdown worst reply from drivers. Every time worst service I met in my lifetime
