Typical Govt office. Staffs come late only , going early by 9 15 AM did not help. I went there for my medical certificate registration and UDID application. I’m from tambaram and this is the office for tambaram people. Waited till 11 PM for the office assistant to collect forms for certificate registration. It is possible to complete registration and govt registration on same day and apply UDID but my bad luck officer in charge wasn’t available in office so submitted the forms to OA and returned after 1 week you will need to visit to collect the form. After that you can apply for UDID.nnThis place is located after you cross pwd inspection bungalow and courts, after you cross the bifurcation you will see this office to your left. You can see the board on the road side.

Poor response, typical attitude of government worker.nThe staff concerned was absent on the day of my visit.None knew the information I asked.nnThey asked us to call and enquire, on calling they hardly pick the calls, even if they pick it and they reluctantly respond.nAt least the disabled welfare staff and office should be little friendly in dealing the people.

It's very difficult to get connected to verify the doubts concerning differently abled person. The phone will ring but no answer. Humanity is disappeared. Disability Office should procure more phones to solve the issues of disabled.
