KPN Travells Ltd

Dharmapuri KPN Poor bus service , Driver and cleaner both alcohol drinkers, they do not care about passengers, not properly answer if we ask anything, no customer service and no head office. They steal parcels and wrong address delivered. Overall everyone kind request don't trust KPN.

1. Very worst servicen2. office was closed during reporting timen3. Buses are always not punctual. Delayed departure by hoursn4. Staffs were drunken (drivers too)n5. No proper response / prior intimation to the customersn6. At the rest stop, without seeking permission cleaners will open the curtain and look for the passengern7. Fare is too high.n8. None of the mobile numbers listed in the shop banner is in working condition

Located opposite and to the right of ulavar sandhai in the road towards krishnagiri. They accept parcels too - Reliable. Buses are not punctual. Overall KPN's bus service has dipped so much in the last few years. Needs a makeover!
