They don't deliver item on time ,mine was delivered 3days late despite repeated calls they take money in advance ,very unprofessional staff they don't know how to talk ,there many other places to order from other franchises of ferns and petals but highly recommend not order from vasantkunj in front of fortis

I really appreciate the way Mr Lawrence Messy took accountability to deliver the cake on last minute order...cake was yummmm

I was really confused about the design of the scake for my husband on bday but Mr Lawrence in vasant kunj F&P helped me with so much patience and efforts on making the selection of the cake easy for me . It was so yummy and presentable that everyone who saw appreciated. All credit to him and the chef who made it possible and making it special for me . Thanks again

Worst services. The person which has this phone number which they have put here to take calls , not only does not pick calls but disconnects them also. Will suggest you to go for some other branch rather then this.

I have ordered a spiderman cake from fnp. the worst cake i ever had.. the color used was like holi colors.. we washed our hands manytimes but it remains as it is.. the response of the staff was not professional.. after my complain they stopped answering my call.. when i complained in the HO they called back with a excuse that they were busy in selling to other customers.. HO team said they will ask their local team to pickup the cake and get this check but this branch has not time to collect.. I will never recommend nor buy any cake ever from this shop...
