Dr Tuheena is an excellent Physiotherapist. I had some long standing knee issues while squatting, which she helped me with. After a long time with her help I am able to squat pain free. Highly recommended.

Being a racer, I have suffered from sciatica and herniated discs from January and it had gotten worse in February. I couldn’t even walk or sit without having radiating pain going along my left leg with tingling and absolute discomfort. That’s when one of my friend suggested me to Tuheena mam’s clinic. Within one month, I improved drastically and am able to do all the activities that I would have otherwise and also won a race for the first time during the treatment.nShe understands your goals personally and customized plans accordingly. Also very patient.nWould definitely recommend!

I have been suffering with chronic ankle sprain. Though the initial sessions were good, they rushed up the recovery process which deteriorated my condition. And the sessions are costly too , not worth the care and attention they give to their patients.nWhen we are suffering from a sports injury, all we care about is getting back to our normal self at the end of the sessions, which didn't happen in my case. So I'm disappointed. No doubt, they are knowledgable and skilled at their profession , but it is about what translates into application. I should have listened to my body and progressed the process gradually rather than blindly believing in their expertise.
