We booked our trip for Phuket last year Feb 2020.. because of pandemic we cancelled the trip. The team clearly said they need some time to refund the amount .. it was huge amount but we did understand that they were going through crisis so we were ok to give them timenBut it’s been more than 1 year and every time they say we will refund the amount next month next month .. they didn’t deliver any services and keeping the hard earned money of someone is so so unprofessional. They don’t pick up calls. We are in need of money and that’s our money and they behaved so ruthless..nnNever ever go for Archana Travels. They just don’t care about customers, they give distress customers. they need money and will give no service. Worst ever experience with any travel agency.

We had a great holiday in Dubai all thanks to travel agency Archana Travels. We enjoyed the whole Dubai tour. The tour guide is one of the best I have ever experienced. He is so professional and helping nature as well. He even did not ask tip although I gave him in private because he deserves it. Hotel is also good and transportation was also easy and smooth. I surely recommend to everyone to experience a tour with Archana travels Thank you Archana Travel
