A large and lavish villa with the worst maintenance.nThat’s what Fingertip Holidays offered us with.nWe’ve been here recently with a 10 member group.nApart from the landscape and lavish spaces it has to offer, all other key areas are bad and the experience here is really not comfortable.nn1. Non functioning Air Conditioners. 2 out of 4 rooms don’t have proper working AC’s. And the Care taker refuses to take care of the complaints in this regard.nIn fact, he even dodges the calls and messages when we tried to report.nn2. No spatulas or spoons or even the basic kitchen stuff like pakad. (You need this to handle hot vessels. Because you’re not barbaric and you can’t do it with bare hands and burn yourself.)nSpeaking of kitchens, one needs fuel to cook food.nAnd the gas cylinder at this place barely managed to get us through for 1 day. This shows how well or how pathetic the so called regular maintenance is being done and scrutinized. (I have to say, we have been in touch with the care taker/spoc for almost 2 weeks prior. This was to ensure everything is in place before we could arrive. Yet, there are lapses in maintenance.)nn3. SPOC doesn’t care about what happens at the villa. All issues and complaints are happily dodged by a simple voice note “sorry I’m unable to hear you”nMr. Gaurav, request you to be little more responsible when the customer raises a complaint. And when you don’t do it in a respectful manner, reviews like these pop up. Good luck.nn4. Heavily charged for amenities which are either non existent or non functioning at the villa. I presume AirBnB doesn’t seem to care or bother to verify the details quoted by the host in the postings.nHaving charged us with a price tag of whopping 60,000 Rupees for 2 days, this is not what we were expecting out of a holiday villa. And I don't feel happy after spending all that hard earned money into something which did not meet to the quoted and promised and expected services.nn5. One last thing. You better watch out for wild company when you lodge in this villa. This place is infested with monkeys!! They have a keen understanding of the timings, and the monkeys are credible enough to open the poorly managed doors. So, yes anyone can barge into the villa without your consent.nn6. Major security threat as it is located in a very remote location. Having learned about the monkey menace and other lapses in security areas, the care taker/spoc failed to provide the keys to the doors and other entrances. This is a basic requirement and it was not taken care by the local management.nnI hope the management could act on this soon and possibly bring some changes to this holiday villa.

I have stayed here on two different occasions.The place is very clean and the villa surroundings are very peaceful.One can get their own food and prepare it in the kitchen.This is a perfect place for Families and Friends who are looking to getaway from the usual city life.

Partied with friends, awesome place for a party. Highly recomended. Had partied in almost all properties in this community but this one was special. Worth every penny.
