Nice setup, good ambience. The staff at reception is a little slow. Good stay and hospitality with the Park.

Communication is quite poor. Twice they were supposed to call back, they didn't.nWhen I asked for bill he mentioned I've to pay first and bill will come later. Also that there's 29% tax. So I pay first.nIt was mentioned as part of the package that I would get refreshments, but none came or was offered.nAfter the session, and after I tip 10%, I then get the bill at the end and there I see there was already a service charge of 10% and tax was only 18%. Also the session ended 20 min early. At this price point, and at such a fancy hotel, I expected better. Also there was no light in the shower area and only 1 small restroom.nnBut the massage was good only.

A guy name Naresh pick up my cal... he did not even understand what i was trying to say.. he keep on giggling and repeatedly i had to say the same line again and again..but he was like.what? what ? giggling. most pathetic person ever... Grow up man and change your attitude towards the value customer.
