Dont invest here. You can not have feel like that you have own property as they will not allow you to visit without developer permission. Anything can haopen over night. Good land player. While selling he will give you awsome experiance after that he will tell you that some thing is problem with land i will return your money and sell the same land to anther one with higher price. If you will not accept for selling back your land to him temples will appear over night and after that you can not do anything and also you can proceaa legally also as the land patta will not raise on your name evwn after 5 years
